Bezpečnostní projekt obchodního a zábavného centra

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na inovativní návrh komplexního zabezpečení obchodního a zábavného centra, jehož účelem je ochrana osob a majetku. V úvodních kapitolách je rozebráno právní vymezení ochrany objektů, teoreticky nastíněna problematika komplexní fyzické ochrany a bezpečnostního projektu a zpracována statistika protiprávních činů. Zásadní část práce je věnována charakteristice obchodního a zábavního centra zahrnující popis současného způsobu zabezpečení a finanční vyčíslení aktiv. Na výchozí informace jsou aplikovány tři analýzy rizika. Nežádoucí rizika jsou minimalizována navržením tří variant zabezpečení, které zároveň zohledňují požadavky zadavatele. V závěru práce je vícekriteriální metodou vybrána nejvhodnější varianta zabezpečení, jejíž realizace je podrobněji rozpracována.

The thesis is focused on innovative suggestion of complex security of the business and entertainment center, whose purpose is to protect persons and property. The first part discusses the legal definition of the protection of objects, the issue of complex physical protection and of the security project is theoretically outlined and statistics of crimes are compiled. A principal part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the business and entertainment center, including a description of the current way of security and quantification of assets. Three risk analysis are applied to the default information. Objectionable risks are minimized by designing three variants of security, which also take into account the requirements of the client. In conclusion of the thesis, the most suited variant of security is chosen by multicriteria method of whose the implementation is specified in more detail.
