Zabezpečení kulturních akcí velkého rozsahu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of security of large-scale cultural events. The aim is to find and analyze the possible security threats associated with these events and to propose appropriate security measures for these cultural events to reduce the risks that may endanger the participants of these events. The thesis is based on the research of Czech and foreign sources that compare the issue in different countries. The result is a set of recommendations for ensuring the safety of participants, with emphasis on crowd management, fire protection or cooperation between cultural event organisers with the emergency services and other stakeholders. The thesis concludes that risks cannot be completely eliminated, but effective planning and implementation of security measures can significantly increase the safety of cultural event participants.
