Abstract
The bachelor thesis called Strategy of an Enterprise deals with the analysis of the contemporary state of small company in the field of air conditioning.
The aim of this thesis is a strategy of an enterprise. The partial objective is to analyze the current state of the company and the results suggest steps for more effective business strategy.
The thesis is divided into theoretical - methodological part and practical part. The theoretical - methodological part are described the basic concepts related to the concept of strategy, such as strategic thinking, strategic management, etc., were subsequently identified individual analysis, which were PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis.
The practical part has been devoted to the characteristics of the company, which became the initial source of information for determining the competitive position of the company and for the analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the company. Alfa overall situation of the company shows the SWOT analysis, based on which proposals were determined and recommendations for the company in the form of the direction of its business, including partial proposals for streamlining the business.
Business diversification strategies have been proposed.
