Analýza preferencí zákazníků na trhu pojistných produktů

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I focus on customer behavior in the car insurance market. I conducted a market research in the form of a questionnaire. Customers of a selected insurance agency filled out the questionnaire and the obtained data was compared. Then I analyzed the behavior of customers in terms of gender, age, monthly income, place of residence and driving frequency. After the analysis I made my suggestions and recommendations for the insurance companies as well as for the selected insurance agency.
