Detekce pádů v nemocničním prostředí

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find, compare and implement fall detectors especialy for the hospital environment. First, the issue of falls is analyzed in term of assessign falls and their risks in health care. This review of existing solutions based on thorough market research follows. Various technilogical solution were selected for testing, including wearable technologies as well as contactless technologies based on PIR detectors and radar technologies. In the next step, testing of selected technologies in residential laboratory of VŠB – TUO was designed and implemented. Based on the tests, the Vayyar radar ssystem was subsequently tested in a hospital environment.
