Abstract

Primary goal of this thesis is to analyze internet communication for a company eD´system Czech, a.s. focusing on its key tool: e-shop named eDlink. It was necessary to describe marketing surroundings of the company, to define the theoretical base and to analyze internet communication according to specified methodics. In order to gain relevant data the research was realized in form of electronic questionnaire and benchmarking method. Processed data were afterwards used to specify suggestions and recommendations so that the internet marketing communication of eD´system Czech, a.s. could be more effective.
