Měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců nadnárodní společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of employee satisfaction in the multinational company. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on knowledge of the professional literature about employee satisfaction. The practical part is contains characteristics of the Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec s. r. o. company. The measurement of employees satisfaction is performed based on the questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are suggested, that could increase employee job satisfaction.
