Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to build a strategic analysis of the company Madex, Ltd. and to define strategic recommendations based on the observed information. The work is divided into two main parts - a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of a strategic analysis and of the most common strategic tools of a strategic analysis, which are used in the practical part of the thesis. These analysis are sequentially performed : a PEST analysis, a five forces Porter´s model, an analysis of an internal company environment and a SWOT analysis. The recommendations for the company are based on the analyzis and formulated in the conclusion.
