Abstract

This thesis is dedicated to one of the greatest environmental burdens, which is located in the city of Ostrava. The main purpose of this work is to verify, eventually find out new facts about posibility of using alternative fuels, resulting in the rehabilitation of " corrective actions of Ostramo lagoons" to energy recovery by incineration. This work does not ignore the already existing problems in rehabilitation, but it finds suitable conditions for optimum processing and subsequent use of fuel and it seeks to prove, that the problematic waste can be a source of material for subsequent use.
