Ekonomické a právní aspekty financování příspěvkových organizací

Abstract

The thesis deals with an institute of state-funded institutions mainly with their financing. In the first part, financing of state-funded institutions as a whole are considered and viewed by both legal and economic point of view. Next part of the thesis is focused on the schools and educational facilities. The aim of this thesis is to depict the types of financing and their analysis taking into account the chosen state-funded institutions – leisure centers. Their own financial means, state funds, founder´s finances, donations as well as four basic funds being used by state-funded organizations are described. In conclusion of the thesis, financing of given organization is evaluated and future development is discussed.
