Abstract
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyse personnel procedures and activities in PORR a.s., a company concerned with construction work in the field of building construction, road construction, water management and special founding projects. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical one is related to the terminology of human resources and personnel management. The practical section examines and evaluates selected personnel management methods and proposes possible changes.
