Abstract

The thesis focuses on the functional verification of the methodology of measurement of the maximum explosion parameters of dust clouds on the VA – 250 explosion autoclave and also on the verification of functionality of the apparatus itself. The thesis outlines basic knowledge of explosion and the factors that influence explosion parameters. In the second part it describes the VA – 250 apparatus and the methodology of measurement on the device. It also presents the laboratory tests of selected samples of dust and the comparison of the results to other author’s work.
