MANIKOVÁ, D. Introduction of new requirements of the law on waste into practice. Ostrava, VŠB-TUO, 2022 The diploma thesis deals with waste management legislation. It defines the new requirements of sets of legislation related to this issue, points to changes and amendments to the Waste Act in the form of decrees following this Act. The purpose is to ensure a high level of the environment, human health and waste prevention. Based on the identified requirements, it proposes a solution to a specific problem in order to reduce possible risks. These are, in particular, the risks of exposure of hazardous waste to humans and the contamination of the environment during waste management.
