Abstract

The bachelor these with title of Analysis of personnel activities in company GRAMMER CZ, s.r.o., Most is reviewed on Human resources issues in production company GRAMMER CZ, s.r.o., Most. This is a comparison of theory with practice and possible recommendation to avoid or eliminate deviations manifested by the creation of bachelor work. The work was written in collaboration with other companies located in the territory of the Czech Republic especially with Human resources departments, as well as on the basis of structured interviews with managers of each departments and at least the study of literature about Human Resources Management.
