Abstract

RESUMÉ Title of thesis: Optimization of the cost of handling units in the selected organization Author of thesis: Bc. Marek Ponechal Keywords: handling unit, reduce costs, Multipack KLT, wage cost-effectiveness, time-efficient fund. The theme of this thesis was to optimize the cost of handling units for the selected companies. The essence of solving the problem of minimizing the time to manually transfer components before entering the production process. To reach a solution I used mathematical and statistical methods of processing information. In the first phase, I analyze the data obtained for further action. Followed by synthesis using mathematical methods I proposed a solution to the problem. The essence was to achieve higher work efficiency by increasing the effective time of the Fund. Growth of labor efficiency caused a decrease of wage cost and led to a decrease in total wage costs of employees involved.
