Výzkum spokojenosti zákazníku s kvalitou vody v Ostravě

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the research of customers satisfaction with water quality in Ostrava in the company Ostravské vodárny a kanalizace Inc. The theoretical part is orientated to the basic characterisation of the company and further there is also described by which method is the survey done. The practical part is aimed on the realization of the research and on the analysis of satisfaction. The results of analysis are depicted by means of demographic charts and they are also shown at chosen questions in graphs. The aim of the thesis is to ascertain customers satisfaction with water quality and by means of results of the analysis to suggest recommendations for improving the quality of the company's service.
