Compact house - rodinný dům v Bobrovníkách

Abstract

KOLLARCZIKOVÁ V.: Compact house - a family house in Bobrovníky: Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2020, Supervisor of the bachelor thesis: doc. Ing. arch. Eva Špačková, Ph.D. This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a family house and the partial processing of project documentation for its implementation. The family house is located on a flat plot of land intended for future individual construction in the village of Bobrovníky belonging to the town of Hlučín in the district of Opava. The two-storey non-basement house with a slightly rectangular shape and an eccentric gabled roof is designed for a young four - membered family longing for quiet and affordable living in a suburban location. The first floor contains a living room connected to the kitchen, study, toilet, technical facilities + laundry, garage and garden storage. Everything is drawn into a compact floor plan. The second floor serves as a quiet zone for parents with 2 children, we find a bedroom with bathroom, 2 children's rooms, shared bathroom and separate toilet. The project was based on the subject Atelier Design I, which addressed the design only as an architectural study, then in the subject Atelier Design Va the design was developed into documentation for building permits and this work modifies it in the form of partial documentation for construction. Within the assigned scope of the bachelor's thesis, a text part is prepared containing mainly accompanying and summary technical report and drawing part including execution drawings, visualization of the building and architectural detail in the form of fencing with placing of municipal waste containers and interior design of the main living room with the kitchen. The bachelor's thesis was prepared in accordance with the Czech Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended.
