Abstract
This thesis deals with the marketing mix of the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Ústí nad Orlicí. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the marketing mix of this school and based on this analysis to suggest possible changes that could help the school to improve its students’ satisfaction and to meet their requirements. This could also improve the school’s position in the secondary education market. The thesis consists of the theoretical part which focuses on the theoretical backgrounds of marketing in education and characteristics of this school. The practical part contains an analysis of the marketing mix. With the help of this analysis recommendations and proposals were suggested.
