Abstract

The thesis with a project design of an apartment building with commercial space in Opava. It is a building with three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The design of the building was realized primarily with respect to the thermal technical solution of the building to achieve the lowest heat loss of the building and thus the low operating costs of the building. Heating was done in the form of plate and tube radiators, and a cascade of two gas condensing boilers was chosen as the heat source. Furthermore, a solar hot water heating system was designed to reduce the costs of heating hot water, and a ventilation system with heat recovery in commercial premises was also designed to reduce the heat loss by ventilation. The thesis consists of 3 parts. The first part is a theoretical introduction about the principle of functioning of condensation boiler. The second part is focused on the construction part of the project documentation of the building. The third part deals with the field of technical equipment of buildings, in which it focuses primarily on heating and ventilation of the building. This part contains, for example, thermal technical evaluation of the building, design and calculation of heating, design and calculation of ventilation, determination of demand of hot water and a certificate of energy performance of buildings. The thesis consists of a text part, drawing documentation and attachments.
