Automatická linka na výrobu statorových svazků.

Abstract

This diploma thesis is about automatic line built in company Siemens, which is part of Winding in-line project. The work contains a description of technology of stator bundles production, including a description of new automatic line, which is operated by robot and comparison of between original and new production process, together with a description of the transition state and design of innovative solutions. The electrical documentation for this robotic line is created in the CAE design program EPLAN, risk analysis created according to ČSN EN ISO 13849-1, description of all components of robotic line, including used technologies, description of all modified machines from point of view of electrical design and subsequently design of main junction box for robotic line. In the end are described the processes of reviving the automatic line are described.
