Abstract

Position of creditors and describe risks with its elimination in insolvency proceeding is targets of this bachelor thesis.

First chapter describe characteristics of insolvency proceeding and its principles. Second chapter describe position creditors in insolvency proceeding mainly strategy, with they can use, if their debtor be in bancrupty. This strategy can help them eliminate mistakes in insolvency proceeding and improve effect of insolvency proceeding.

Third chapter describe satisfaction of creditor in insolvency proceeding and differently are describe claim of assure creditor and don´t assure creditor in each forms resolution of bancrupty.
