Analýza činnosti Celní správy ČR v oblasti výkonového zpoplatnění pozemních komunikací

Abstract

This thesis is focused on Czech Republic’s Customs Administration analysis in the field of electronic toll system. There is the brief description of the Customs Administration in the introduction of this thesis. The next section is focused on electronic toll system used in the CR, its separate basic elements, toll rates and toll collection. There are also mentioned control patrols inspection’s activities and their problematic areas in the next part of this thesis. The final section analyzes the administrative punishment of rules violation in the field of electronic toll system, identify its weaknesses and propose solutions, recommendations for future steps to increase its efficiency.
