Systém řízení ztrát na vodovodní síti

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of water loss management in water supply networks, with a focus on reducing losses and maintaining them at a consistently low level, which is a key priority for companies involved in the production, distribution, and sale of drinking water. The introductory part explains the basic concepts and context necessary for understanding the topic. This is followed by an overview of relevant legislation and a brief history of water loss development in the Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis focuses on measures, analytical systems, monitoring, and the use of the Monitor Úniku software in the specific operation of the Frýdek–Místek water supply network. The conclusion is dedicated to the evaluation of collected data, proposals for more efficient water loss management, and suggestions for process innovation.
