Abstract

This thesis deals with the funding of primary schools. First, it is focused on the founder of primary schools. Which authorities of public administration have the jurisdiction to establish primary schools, what legal form may have, establishment and abolition of these organizations, which funds must establish and compulsorily supplement. The following describes the various cash flows such as grants from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the founders, European funds on the basis of announced programs or additional activities at the school. The end is an analysis of three-year period of economy of a concrete semi-budgetary organization. By the help of this analysis it is determined what income from operations have organization towards the end of the fiscal period. Whether spend resources allocated to the organization efficiently and economically.
