Abstract

The actual work deals with the theme of the establishment of building structures in the rivers where they apply special technologies. Most often, however, ramming possibly vibrating sheet pile walls. They are used for temporary structures which are being set to the bridge pier foundation. They are used single or double cofferdams that serve the well-casing to protect the excavation. The practical part is devoted to calculating my desired structure in the program GEO5 and classical calculation, by mentioning the calculation itself, which includes the impact of design approaches Eurocode 7 on the internal forces and geo-static stress. All results are in accordance with EN 1997-1.
