Atomová emisní spektroskopie v analýze odpadů

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was validate As, Se and Sb determination by atomic emission spectroscopy with inductively coupled plasma, so this method could be used to determine low concentrations in waste water and water extract of wastes. Validation was performed for two different methods of samples nebulization and two different sample matrix – (a) stabilized water solution and (b) stabilized water solution with contain chlorides and sulphates.
