Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of the selection and recruitment of new employees in an organization. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge acquired from the literature. There are defined concepts and methods of the issue. In the second part describes the selected organization. This part focuses on the present system of selection and recruitment, and this system is analyzed. The final section includes recommendations and proposals for change.
