Údržba transformátorů, měření na transformátorech.

Abstract

This thesis studies the maintenance of transformers operating in the Local distribution network (LDS) of electricity in the company Doly Nástup Tušimice (DNT), which is owned by Severočeské doly a. s. (SD a. s.) and belongs to ČEZ. The company is engaged in surface mining of lignite and overburden, using Technological complexes (TC), which consists of mining excavators, belt conveyors and other technologies related to mining activities. To power all these machines and equipments, working at voltage levels from high voltage to low voltage, is used a large number of different types of transformers. Due to the fact that specific conditions (such as dust or weather conditions) are characteristic for surface mines, it is necessary to pay special attention to preventive and regular maintenance of electrical equipment working in this environment. It is imperative to follow the manufacturer´s instructions and conventional procedures and regulations, including various measurements on transformers in the maintenance in the operational condition of transformers and also during larger shutdowns of technological systems. There is also needed a possibility to have transformers, at least for the minimum possible time, without voltage and secured. Therefore, this thesis will investigate the feasible maintenance performance measurements on the transformers in the operating conditions of the surface mine.
