The diploma thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for establishing a company specializing in custom manufacturing using 3D printing technology. The main objective of the thesis is to assess the feasibility of the business idea and to propose a specific concept of the company’s operation. The theoretical part defines the fundamental concepts related to entrepreneurship, business planning, and 3D printing technology. It also includes an analysis of the external and internal business environment, including market, competition, and customer analysis. The practical part presents a detailed business plan for the company TiskniTo3D, Ltd., which focuses on providing custom 3D printing services and the production of personalized products. The proposal includes the definition of the business model, marketing mix, financial plan, and evaluation of the project’s economic viability. The result of the thesis is an assessment of the viability of the business plan and the identification of key benefits and risks associated with its implementation.
