Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to use economic and financial analysis to evaluate the economic situation of the selected company Erich Jaeger s.r.o. The company was chosen on the basis that it is one of the transparent and quality companies on the Czech market. The bachelor thesis was divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the definition and essence of economic and financial analysis. This part of the work is supplemented by selected methods that are applied to the company. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company and after using individual analyzes, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company are identified. These outputs are shown at the end of the work, which shows that the company is currently in a good economic situation.
