Abstract
The Floreon+ system is a modular system for crisis management support. From the initial idea
to simulate flood scenarios, the system has grown to include many areas, such as traffic crisis
management, pollution simulation or traffic node analysis. With the increase in functionality
also grows the number of map layers which must be integrated into the system and appropriately
visualised. The aim of this thesis was to develop a feature which would allow map layers to be
added to the system dynamically, and hence compile a map composition for each user depending
on their permissions and settings. The final system is much simpler to extend and requires fewer
changes of the source code. The thesis itself is split into three parts: the first part describes the
architecture of the system and the technologies used in the implementation. The second part
describes the state of the system before dynamic composition is implemented, and the third part
describes changes made to system and the actual implementation method.
