Management implementace informačního systému v podniku

Abstract

The goal of this thesis was to analyze current informational system of the hospital Rapotín, to find out basic deficiencies in this system, to characterize features of new informational system. All the data and materials which were needed to objective development of this work are based on the personal asking with workers, interview the IT department and by providing materials from the management of hospital. All the data were gained by help of the strategic analyses. In the ending part is summarized how the hospital hold up in this complicated situation and few recommendations for hospital.
