Abstract
Purpose of bachelor thesis was to develop a financial analysis through financial ratios for profitability of the company MSA, Inc. of its financial situation in the accounting period of 2005 - 2009. The first chapter introduces a company and its activities. The theoretical part explains the meaning and importance of financial analysis, characterizes the source of information for financial analysis, its users and a description of indicators profitability. In the practical chapter of the thesis is evaluated the financial situation of the company.
