Tvorba finančního plánu ve společnosti Green Gas DPB, a.s.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Tvorba finančního plánu ve společnosti Green Gas DPB, a. s.“ je teoretické vymezení zpracování finančního plánu včetně rozpočtu nákladů a výnosů, dále pak popis současného způsobu zpracování finančního plánu v této firmě a návrh na zpřesnění metodiky zpracování finančního plánu. První část je zaměřena na obecný plánovací proces, podstatu finančního plánování, dlouhodobý a krátkodobý finanční plán, výstupy finančního plánu, rozpočet nákladů a výnosů a metodiku zpracování tohoto rozpočtu. Ve druhé části práce je rozebrán současný způsob zpracování finančního plánu a poslední část je zaměřena na možnosti zpřesnění zpracování finančního plánu.

The subject of the thesis „Creating the Financial Plan in the Company Green Gas DPB, a. s.“ is theoretical definition of financial plan creating including budget of costs and revenues and description of current method in process creating the financial plan in this company and proposal methodics improvement of the creating financial plan. The first part is focused on general planning, principle of financial planning, long-term and short-term financial plan, outputs of the financial plan, budget of costs and revenues and methodics elaborating of this budget. In the second part are discussed the current method of financial plan creating and the last part is focused on the possibility of improvement in creating the financial plan.
