Měření spokojenosti studentů s vysokou školou

Abstract

This thesis deals with analysis of student satisfaction at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, especially students of Faculty of Economics. The basic propose of VSB - Technical University of Ostrava is to provide the university education in the wide range of study programs based on the creative research. This thesis is focused on satisfaction surveys in the field of organization of educational branches, teaching staff, faculty equipment, libraries, accommodation and cafeteria. Research was carried out using by written inquiries on a sample of 200 respondents in area of Faculty of Economics, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. Suggestions and recommendations are based on results of realized research. These results can be used in deciding process on kind of measures may be accepted by VSB - Technical University of Ostrava to increase the satisfaction of students at Faculty of Economics.
