Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Havířov, designed in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The apartment building is designed as a four-story structure without a basement, comprising a total of seventeen residential units. The thesis is structured as a two-part work, consisting of a textual part and a drawing part. The textual part includes a technical report, a thermal-technical assessment of the building envelope structures (roof system, exterior walls, and floor structure), and the structural design of a selected load-bearing element – a monolithic beam. The drawing part includes architectural and construction-technical drawings, along with specifications and element schedules prepared in compliance with the requirements for construction execution documentation.
