Novostavba kavárny, restaurace a fitness v Krnově

Abstract

LIŠKOVÁ, K.: Kavárna, restaurace a fitness: Diplomová práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra pozemního stavitelství 225, 2018, 85 s. Vedoucí práce: Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. Obsahem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby občanské vybavenosti v Krnově. Přesněji se jedná o kavárnu pro 90 hostů, restauraci s kapacitou 85 osob a fitness navržené až pro 30 osob. Stavba je situována v historické části města Krnov v blízkosti Hlavního náměstí. Občanská vybavenost je součástí pěší zóny, která byla navržena uvnitř vnitrobloku. Provozně i stavebně jsou objekty řešeny samostatně, jednotlivé části jsou propojeny pochozími terasami. Kavárna a restaurace mají dvě nadzemní podlaží, fitness má navíc navrženo také jedno podzemní podlaží. Hlavní nosnou konstrukcí je skeletová konstrukce z železobetonu, která je doplněna výplňovým zdivem z pórobetonových tvárnic Ytong. Podkladem pro diplomovou práci byla urbanistická studie vypracována v rámci projektu Ateliérová tvorba III a studie daného objektu, která byla zpracována v předmětu Projekt I. Práce je rozdělena na textovou a výkresovou část. Textová část obsahuje průvodní a technickou zprávu, které jsou zpracovány podle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění novely č. 405/2017 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Dále je zpracováno tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek obálky budovy a statický výpočet stropních desek.

Supervizor: Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The content of this master’s thesis is the elaboration of the design documentation for the implementation of the civic amenities in Krnov. More specifically, it is a café for 90 guests, a restaurant with a capacity of 85 people and a fitness designed for up to 30 people. The building is situated in the historical part of Krnov, near the Main Square. The civic amenities are part of the pedestrian zone, which was designed inside the courtyard. Buildings objects are solved separately, the individual parts are connected by the terraces. The café and the restaurant have two above-ground floors, there is plus one underground floor in the fitness. The main supporting structure is a reinforced concrete frame, which is complemented by Ytong aerated concrete block. The basis for the master’s thesis was the urban study elaborated within the framework of the Atelier III project and the study of the given building, which was elaborated in the subject of Project I. The thesis is divided into text and drawing part. The text part contains the accompanying and technical reports, which are processed according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on building documentation. Furthermore, the thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, the energy label of structure of the building and the static calculation of the ceiling slabs are processed.
