Návrh nového systému controllingu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis is to suggest improvements to the system of controlling in the company HAMROZI Ltd, focusing on the proposed modifications of the existing system of controlling system, further focusing on the financial performance of the company and evaluation of completed construction contracts. In the practical part an emphasis is put on the evaluation of the implementation of the current system of control, internal audit including methods of controlling and financial analysis of the main processes of the company. Based on established facts, a system consisting of controlling adjustment of existing and creation of new sources for reporting, appropriate method of implementing controls, internal audit, economic and financial analysis is proposed. The system is designed with regard to profitability and viability of completed construction contracts and financial performance.
