Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to develop a sustainable and innovative design proposal for a mixed-use building in the city centre of Ostrava, located on the famous Stodolní Street. The proposed building will combine residential and commercial uses, with a focus on providing affordable housing for students of Ostrava universities.
