Získávání a výběr nových pracovníků na místa zprostředkovatelů pro osoby se zdravotním postižením úřadů práce

Abstract

The goal of this work is to point to the acquisition and selection of the professionals (advisers – specialists) at the Labor Office working with disabled persons. I deal with the fact if they have adequate qualifications and skills needed for performance of this work. I evaluate the course of the selection process for that position and suggest how it can proceed the selection procedure in order to the personnel professional could assess all the necessary competencies of mentioned professionals. I present a comprehensive picture on disabled persons focusing on their job application, describing the tools which shall help to return to the labor market.
