Řešení efektivity dopravních služeb pomocí DEA modelů

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of transport services of the monitored company. This optimization problem is solved by applying DEA models to quantitative data describing the behavior of individual vehicles through the GAMS program. The first part contains the theory of logistics with a focus on transport services and reverse logistics. The thesis also describes the theory and methodology of DEA models and related concepts such as efficiency. The last part describes the application of DEA models in measuring the efficiency of company transport vehicles. The conclusion contains an analysis of the results obtained and suggestions for improvement to achieve higher efficiency of the company’s transport services.
