Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of employment of people with disability. Thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes protection of rights of people with disability and also describes definitions of people with disabilities. Theoretical part also describes how state supports and motivates employer to employ people with disabilities. In the practical part there is analysed employment of people with disability at particular employer. The practical part describes especially facultative compensation for fulfilment of the obligatory rate, calculation of tax abatement for employment of people with disability and contribution to support the employment of people with disability. The practical part also contains graphs to compare data provided by particular employer for the last 5 years.
