Problematika řízení měsíční údržby ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Theme of this dissertation is management of monthly maintenance in a manufacturing company. Goal of this dissertation is to improve the process of monthly planned maintenance. This work is divided into four parts. In first part of this dissertation, there are characteristics of methods and concepts used in maintenance. Second part contains basic information about company PWO CZ, a. s., including information about its history, customers and products. Third part is focused on analysis of current monthly maintenance process. For this analysis, author used process snapshot. Fourth part contains suggestions on how to improve current maintenance process by modifying standard, recording abnormalities and also other suggestions. Fourth part of this dissertation also includes evaluation that states how much money could company save by implementing these suggested changes.
