Projekt rekonstrukce hotelu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with a project of a hotel reconstruction „Chata Teplárna“ and solution of the new heating system. The subject of this work was to find a suitable way to further use morally outdated facility, which is currently used for recreation in the lower price range. The design of the reconstruction was taken into account in particular to increase comfort and reduce energy use intensity of the building. During designing of the heating system, I tried mainly to automate and simplicity of adjustability of the heating system. The heating system consists mainly of floor heating, in addition to several radiators. I decided to use an automatic wood pellet boiler as a source of heat. The theoretical part deals with technology, building material solutions, the hotel layout, as well as a solution with automatic heating boiler for wood pellets, and evaluating the energy savings. The theoretical parts are further described in all parts of the heating system. Drawing section includes a complete technological and material solution of the building.
