Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

This thesis is focused on employee benefits. Thanks to these benefits employer can motivate his employees to better work deployment. The important benefits are those focused on free time activities because relaxed and satisfied employee is more productive. Nowadays there are plenty of possibilities and kinds of benefits, which can be used as a reward to an employee by his employer.

The objective of this work is to analyze the employee benefits of a selected limited liability company. The theoretical part is explaining meaning and characteristics of the subject, including law, accounting and tax aspects. The practical part briefly characterizes the limited liability company and analyzes the employee benefits via survey.

The conclusion of this work evaluates the outcomes of the analysis of employee benefits and a recommendation based on these outcomes.
