Příprava a organizace dětského příměstského tábora

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je příprava a organizace dětského příměstského tábora. První část definuje základní pojmy z oblasti managementu, marketingu, sportu a financování, které jsou následně použity ve druhé části, ve které jsou vymezeny kroky nezbytné pro přípravu příměstského tábora. Jsou to potřebné dokumenty, analýza finanční stránky tábora, zjištění SWOT analýzy a zjištění konkurence táborů v Ostravě a okolí. V práci jsou na základě výsledků vlastního šetření vypracováno dotazníkové šetření, SWOT analýza a shrnutí spojené s doporučením pro další ročníky organizace tábora, které by mohlo být přínosné pro budoucí organizátory.

The aim of this thesis is the example how to prepare and organize a children's suburban camp. The first part defines the basic concepts of management, marketing, sport and finance. All of these are then used in the second part, which defines the steps necessary for the preparation of the suburban camp. These steps are for example collecting necessary documents, analysis of the financial aspects of the camp, preparing SWOT analysis and finding out the competition of the similar camps in Ostrava and its surroundings. Based on the results of my own questionnaire research are compiled the SWOT analysis and a summary with the recommendation for the camp managers for next years, which could be beneficial for them.
