Abstract

Supervisor of the diploma thesis: Ing. Martin Ferko Ph.D. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the brownfield area in the town of Oslavany and its revitalization. The diploma thesis is processed in the form of a territorial study, which deals with the analysis of the current state, the ecological link to the environment, the use of the site according to the needs of Oslavan and residents, including a comparison of other areas in the Czech Republic and abroad with economic balance.
