Abstract

The thesis is focused on the optimalization of the operating team activities in the selected organization. General characteristics of control processes and team functioning frame the theoretical basis of the thesis. Both SWOT analysis and detailed description of real situations provide a basis for designing a solution to the problem at hand. All the devised solutions are designed to be easily applicable in the company practice.
