Abstract

Bachelor's thesis on the topic of Network analysis as a tool of management decision making in the industry, deals with the first of its theoretical basis, then methods such as critical path on the basis of oriented graphs, the network chart of the process - the project, the time analysis by the method of CPM and PERT, cost analysis and finally the source analysis. In the practical part are described the possibilities of its practical use and the example of the campaign repair of the converter is applied the method of CPM and PERT.
