Abstract

This thesis is about the information building model creation for the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Building “H” and neighboring auditoriums of Technical University of Ostrava. This model will be used for Facility Management in given detail and with relevant information which will provide with entirety and quality. The first part of the thesis provides information about European and Czech Building Information Modeling (BIM) sector. It explains further BIM problematics in the realization and maintenance stages. The maintenance stage is described in more detail. The second half of this thesis is a practical work itself in Software REVIT 2019 and in Facility management software pit-FM. The final results will be summarized in thesis by using these software’s. The thesis contents 73 pages
